Order Process

Order Confirmation:

Once you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation containing the details of your order. Please review this information carefully and contact us immediately if there are any discrepancies.

 

Order Fulfillment:

We strive to process and fulfill orders within 1 - 3 business days from the date of purchase. During peak seasons or sales events, there might be a slight delay, but we will do our best to keep you informed.

 

Out of Stock Items: 

In the rare event that an item you ordered is out of stock, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer you the option to replace the item with a similar one, receive a store credit, or obtain a full refund.

 

Shipping

Shipping Methods:

We offer a range of shipping options to accommodate your needs, including standard, expedited, and overnight shipping. The available options will be presented to you during the checkout process.

 

Shipping Charges:

United States:

Free Shipping is available on orders of 300 USD(the amount excluding customs and taxes) or over within United States.

 

Outside United States:

Unfortunately we do not ship outside United States at this moment. But we are working on it and hopefully we will meet you soon! 

 

Shipping Times:

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the chosen shipping method. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout. Please note that unforeseen circumstances (such as weather delays or customs clearance) might impact delivery dates. SOMUTE is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery due to natural or uncontrollable events. Additionally, SOMUTE is not responsible for delays related to the courier itself (such as customs clearance).

We do not accept PO Boxes, APO, FPO and DPO addressed for delivery.

If you set up your shipping address as one of these deliveries mentioned, it may be difficult for us to track your package and verify that it has been delivered properly.

 

Order Tracking:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the progress of your shipment on our website or the courier's website.

 

Duties & Taxes

For customers in the United States, applicable sales tax will be determined based on your state of residence.

In states where SOMUTE is required to collect sales tax, you will observe this tax applied to your order, which will accurately correspond to the shipping address you've provided.

The sales tax is computed and added to your order total after any discounts have been applied. The specific amount of tax applied depends on your designated shipping address, taking into account state tax rates and the items included in your purchase.

Rest assured, when you proceed to the checkout, we will transparently display the exact amount of sales tax that will be levied.

Please note that the displayed sales tax at checkout corresponds to your default address, so any changes to your delivery address may result in an adjustment of this amount.

It's important to emphasize that the prices shown on our website do not include taxes. When you move forward with your purchase, duties and taxes will be calculated based on the total merchandise value and presented during the checkout process.
