Returns and Exchanges Policy

 At SOMUTE, we take pride in offering high-quality products that meets your style and comfort needs. We understand that sometimes, your purchase may not be a perfect fit or meet your expectations. To ensure a seamless shopping experience, we have the following Return and Exchange Policy.

 

Returns and Exchanges Eligibility

Eligible Items:

Most unworn, unwashed, and unused items with original tags and packaging are eligible for returns or exchanges within 30 days of the original purchase date. You'll also need the proof of purchase.

 

Non-Eligible Items:

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange: 

- Items that have been worn or washed

- Items that have been damaged by the customer

- Items that are final sale

 

Returns and Exchanges Process

- To start a return or exchange, you can contact us at info@somuteshop.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Please note that returns will need to be sent to our address which will be provided when we start a return or exchange.

- Provide your order number, item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and reason for the return/exchange.

- You will receive a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and further instructions via email.

- Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging or a similar box, along with a copy of the packing slip or order confirmation.

- Ship the package to the address provided with the RA# clearly marked on the outside of the package.

- Once the returned item(s) are received and inspected, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. We will process your refund/exchange within 3 -5 business days. Please note that items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at info@somuteshop.com.

 

Exchanges

Exchanges for eligible items can be made for a different size or color, subject to availability. If the desired item is unavailable, we will issue a store credit or refund.


Conditions for Returns and Exchanges 

- Items must be in their original condition, with all tags and labels attached.

- We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges if items show signs of wear, damage, or misuse.

- Returns and exchanges are subject to verification and approval by our team.


Shipping Costs 

For online returns/exchanges, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item(s) received were damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error. 

Shipping fees paid on the original purchase are non-refundable.


Manufacturer Defects and Quality Issues 

If you receive an item with a manufacturer defect or quality issue, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the order. We will arrange a return/exchange at no additional cost.

 

Cancellation 

If you cancel your order, a full amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 1-5 business days. 

You cannot cancel any items that are already at the “ Shipped” status. If your order has already shipped and cannot be modified, you may follow our return policy.

Final sale cannot be cancelled.
